HONG KONG, April 19 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ Telecom Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCOM) today announced that its subsidiary, 3G Dynasty Inc.(3G), launched the mobile-music search engine Risk3Search for cellphone users of SEO4Mobile in China.
