AT&T Inc. Announces Preliminary Results of 2006 and Sprint Nextel Declares Second Quarter Dividends2 May 2006

Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE:S) recently announced that its board of directors has declared second quarter dividends for Sprint Nextel Common Stock. A dividend of 2.5 cents per share is payable June 30, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2006.
