AT&T Statement Regarding Qwest Agreement15 February 2005
This agreement enables AT&T to continue serving its existing local customers in Qwest territory without disruption. AT&T announced last summer it had stopped marketing traditional residential and small-business voice services, and this agreement does not change that decision.
