Authtel Incorporated -(MAMB) Announce Partnership to Provide Do-Not-Call Compliance31 January 2005

The program is aimed at helping brokers overcome problems associated with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) National Do-Not-Call (DNC) Registry that went in effect in October of 2003. The registry has over 80 million phone numbers on it!
"MAMB recognizes the devastating financial effect that calling a consumer who has placed their name on the National DNC Registry can have on our members businesses," writes association Executive Director, Thomas Shaner, in a letter that is being sent to all members.
