Charys Holding Company Increases Presence in Telecommunications Industry by Establishing Strategic Business Unit - Charys Technologies Group

Charys Holding Company, Inc. In his address to the United States Internet Industry Association, Michael Oyster, the newly appointed CEO of Charys Technologies Group, defined the strategic value drivers for 2006 that leverage the strengths of each of the Charys "platform" companies within a singularly focused strategy.

"Before the end of 2005, Charys surpassed its goals for growth via acquisition and integration of leading technology services companies, approaching a revenue run rate of $100 million per year," said Billy Ray, Chief Executive Officer of Charys.
