China Wireless Announces Contract With Tianjin Bo-hai Securities Company Ltd., China's Top Brokerage Firm1 February 2006
China Wireless Communications, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CWLC), is pleased to announce that it has signed a contract with the Tianjin Bo-hai Securities Company Ltd.
Tianjin Create Co., a systems integration company and subsidiary of China Wireless Communications, has signed a contract to provide computing solutions Bio-hai Securities Company Ltd. In addition Tianjin Create Co. will also provide hardware, software, and technical support.
Bo-hai Securities Company Ltd. was founded in 1986, has registered capital of 280M USD and is China's top securities company. The securities operations consists of 4 affiliate institutions which manage securities for 30 major investment companies. The company employees 1000 staff with it's corporate headquarters in Tianjin, two administrative branches, one in Beijing and one Shanghai, and 31 additional sales offices throughout China.
