Circa Announces Telecom Equipment Sales

Circa Enterprises Inc. (CTO-TSX), a manufacturerof equipment for the telecommunications, electrical utility, and construction industries, today announced the receipt of purchase orders from a U.S. based customer for surge protection modules totalling CDN $1,292,000 for delivery over the balance of 2005.

Commencing in June 2005, orders for modules from this customer have totalled CDN $2,889,000 to date. These sales achievements demonstrate Circa's continued strong presence in the North American telecommunications equipment marketplace.
