Company Call and Webcast Scheduled for Dec. 12, 2005; SpectraLink to Acquire KIRK telecom

SpectraLink Corp. (Nasdaq: SLNK), the North American leader in workplace wireless telephony, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire KIRK telecom, a leading European provider of on-site, wireless communications products, based in Denmark.

A conference call discussing this acquisition will be held this morning at 11 a.m. Eastern time.
John Elms, SpectraLink president and chief executive officer, and David Rosenthal, the company's chief financial officer, will host the call.
