Ditech Communications to Hold Conference Call on Thursday, February 16, 2006

Ditech Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: DITC) announced today that it will hold its quarterly conference call on Thursday, February 16, 2006. President and CEO, Tim Montgomery, and Chief Financial Officer, Bill Tamblyn, will conduct the briefing to discuss its fiscal 2006 third quarter financial results for the period ended January 31, 2006.
