Gridline Communications Holdings, Inc. Announces Strategic Alliance With Allterra Holdings13 February 2006
Gridline Communications Holdings, Inc., a fullyreporting public corporation, announced today that the company has enteredinto a strategic alliance with Allterra Holdings, LLC, an internationalinvestment banking and network consulting firm involved in severalinternational projects for broadband services inemerging markets. The agreement calls for Gridline to participate in thedesign and deployment of its BPL technology for broadband access and toprovide content applications to drive the consumer demand for projectsinitiated by Allterra.
Gridline already has strong affiliate relationships in most of the areaswhere Allterra's BPLprojects are planned. Under the terms of the strategic allianceagreement, Gridline will provide design and engineering services, allnecessary BPLinfrastructure, training and Tier 3 technical support, and access toits growing content applications. Activities such as installation and onsite support and services will be provided through Gridline's affiliatepartners.
