By integrating nanoBTS with BelAir's wireless multi-service switch routers,the two companies have created a new way of delivering enhanced indoor andoutdoor coverage and capacity for dense urban environments. This approacheliminates the need for the T1/E1 leased lines that have traditionally beenused for backhaul in cellular networks, resulting in a more cost-effectivesolution.
