JUPITER Global Holdings Corp. Provides Reports on Positive Developments in the VoIP Industry19 February 2005
JUPITER Global Holdings Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") (OTC BB: JPHC) today provides reports to its current and prospective shareholders on recent positive developments in the VoIP industry as they effect VOXBOX, a new service in the VoIP Industry that JUPITER holds a 50% stake in.
The VoIP industry is a burgeoning multibillion dollar industry. The industry is developing quickly as more telephone traffic migrates to the Internet through VoIP services.

* Recently a Colorado State House Panel OK'd a bill to exempt VoIP fromtaxes. This initial state passage is a move in the right direction for VoIP companies. This action is in harmony with the FCC's previous historic ruling on the VoIP industry that stated VoIP services will be not be state-regulated like phone companies. The Company feels that if more states
follow suit it will provide a great environment to encourage the growth and technology improvements in VoIP.

* Another recent positive development is the entry of Comcast into the VoIP Industry. As more large companies like Comcast enter VoIP, the more legitimacy the industry gets and the more both consumers and businesses will be ready to adopt the technology. The Company believes that an industry that matures at a quicker rate will bode well for its VOXBOX service. More industry maturity could lend itself to higher adoption rates, giving services such as VOXBOX an opportunity to benefit from more telephone users being willing to switch to VoIP.
