Media Advisory - Annual survey of hospital waiting lists by Fraser Institute to be released October 2424 October 2006
The Fraser Institute will release its 16th annual survey, Waiting Your Turn: Hospital Waiting Lists in Canada, Tuesday, October 24, at 6 a.m. (Eastern Time).
The annual Waiting Your Turn survey documents the average amount of time patients across Canada must wait for visits to specialists and for diagnostic and surgical procedures. The survey shows how waiting lists are used to control health care expenses.
