PHC, Inc. to Be Listed on the American Stock Exchange16 February 2007
PHC, Inc., d.b.a. Pioneer Behavioral Health, (OTC Bulletin Board: PIHC) a leading provider of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services, today announced that its common stock has been approved for listing on the American Stock Exchange, effective Wednesday, February 21, 2007 under the ticker symbol (Amex: PHC). The Company has selected AGS Specialist Partners in New York as its specialist.
