Reef Point Systems Gains Telecommunications Industry Veterans Woody Ritchey as Chief Executive Officer and Dennis Chateauneuf as Chief Operating Offic21 June 2006

Together, Ritchey and Chateauneuf bring to Reef Point years of successful management, sales and marketing experience in the carrier-class wireless, voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP) and revenue assurance solution industries. Ritchey has over 25 years of telecommunications industry executive management, sales and marketing experience ranging from innovative start-up companies to industry giants, such as Cisco, Motorola and AT&T. He brings Reef Point significant experience in carrier-grade wireless and revenue assurance solutions, international business and organization building. Most recently, Ritchey comes from YGOMI, LLC, a privately held portfolio management company where he was the senior executive responsible for three YGOMI portfolio companies, including Arraycomm, a wireless software company. Prior to this, he served as CEO at revenue assurance solutions provider Connexn Technologies and at intellectual asset management solutions provider Delphion, Inc. He was instrumental in the successful growth and sale of both companies. Earlier, Ritchey was President and General Manager of INVISIX, a Cisco-Motorola joint venture that delivered Internet Protocol transport to wireless carriers. Prior to that, Ritchey held several senior executive positions in Motorola's Cellular Infrastructure Group, where he led operations and sales in both the Americas and Asia to deliver multibillion-dollar revenues. Previously, as CEO of switching equipment start-up DTI Networks, he defined and drove the business vision of next-generation voice services, successfully merged DTI with CopperCom, Inc. and became its President and CEO. Earlier, he was Vice President of Global Customer Engineering and International Sales at remote access vendor Shiva Corporation, Vice President of Operations at workstation-server giant Sun Microsystems and Director of High Volume Manufacturing at Wang Laboratories.
