Revolving PO With Bermuda Digital Communications and Shipping of CCU-550 EVDO USB Modem

Franklin Wireless Corporation (OTC: FKLT),San Diego and Korea based manufacturer and leading supplier of broadbandhigh speed data communication products, is pleased to announce that it hasentered into a Revolving Purchase Order from Bermuda Digital CommunicationsLtd.(BDC). Subsequently the first purchase order was received from BDC forthe Franklin's CCU 550 1xEV-DO USB modem. BDC, operating under theCellularOne brand, is the leading wireless telecommunications operator onthe island. The order was a result of many months of lab and field testingby BDC. BDC was very pleased with the result of the tests and performanceof the initial order of CCU-550 modems from Franklin. The first order ofabout $70,000 is scheduled to ship in the first quarter of this year.
