Roger Pavane, Telecom Industry Senior Exec, Joins iMedia to Lead New Wireless Media Group;20 August 2005
iMedia International, Inc. (OTCBB:IMNL) (www.imedia-intl.com) announced today that its primary operating subsidiary, iMedia US LLC, a leading developer and marketer of Interactive digital media solutions, has named Roger Pavane, 46, to lead its new wireless media group.
Pavane's arrival at iMedia coincides with the increasing adoption of wireless mobility products in the U.S., European and global markets. As an internationally recognized telecom executive, Mr. Pavane's background includes more than 22 years senior management and executive sales experience in wireless communications, telecommunications and wireless content distribution. Mr. Pavane was formerly Vice President of Carrier Relations for Moblis, an Index-owned company. At Moblis, he aggressively drove growth of its content-service revenues. Mr. Pavane also served as Senior Vice President of Sales for TruePosition, a subsidiary of Liberty Media. At TruePosition, he lead the company to record revenue and sales growth.

Mr. Pavane will head up and lead iMedia's penetration into the wireless communications industry, with an emphasis on driving sales, creating strategic alliances and developing new wireless revenue streams.
