Samsung BCS Awards King Technologies Authorized Service Center Contract1 June 2006
Samsung Business Communication Systems (BCS) today announced its authorized distributor King Technologies Inc., has been awarded a contract to become an Authorized Service Center. Under the terms of the agreement, King Technologies will provide in- and out- of-warranty repairs on the Samsung DCS, iDCS and OfficeServ(TM) families of products. "This is a natural progression for us to extend our distribution agreement with King Technologies and establish an Authorized Service Center relationship," Steve Gobeli, vice president of Samsung Telecommunications America, Business Communication Systems Division, said. "As a trusted and recognized industry leader, King Technologies has the expertise and resources to provide the quality of service our customers expect from Samsung. We fully expect this move will serve to enhance that relationship and serve our network of dealers well." As a Samsung BCS Authorized Service Center, King Technologies now will be able to perform factory certified repairs on all Samsung's BCS products -- including legacy and next-generation products. The company will remain an authorized distributor and continue to stock product while providing technical support to Samsung BCS dealers and resellers.
