Standard & Poor's Announces Changes to the S&P Global 100 Index15 November 2005
Nike, Inc (United States, Ticker: NKE, Sedol = 2640147) will replace AT&T Corp (United States, Ticker: T, Sedol = 2064888) in the S&P Global 100 after the close of trading on Friday, November 18. AT&T Corp. and SBC Communications Inc are merging. Based on the S&P Global 100 criteria, the surviving company is not a global company. Nike, Inc. creates authentic athletic footwear, apparel, equipment and accessories for sports and fitness. Nike and its subsidiaries engage in the design, development, and marketing of footwear, apparel, equipment, and accessory products worldwide.
