Stratos International to Host Third Quarter Fiscal 2006 Conference Call March 9, 2006

Stratos International, Inc. (Nasdaq: STLW) will release its third quarter results for the period ending January 31, 2006 on Thursday, March 9, after the market closes. Following the release, the Company will host a live audio web cast and conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.

Chief Executive Officer, Andy Harris, and Chief Financial Officer, Barry Hollingsworth will discuss the Company's earnings and operations.
