Swisscom Broadcast Ltd. Live with NetCracker21 April 2005
NetCracker Technology, a leading provider of OSS and IT Infrastructure Management solutions, today announced that Swisscom Broadcast Ltd. has been in production with the NetCracker OSS solution for a number of months and is realizing positive results.
Swisscom Broadcast Ltd. purchased NetCracker's OSS solution in early 2004 for its service delivery needs. Swisscom Broadcast is using NetCracker to track all of the assets in its network--including equipment information, circuit and bandwidth availability details, network information and related customer information. In addition, Swisscom Broadcast AG uses NetCracker to plan radio, TV and wireless services for its base of business customers.
