T-Croatian Telecom Selects Ascade's Market-Leading Carrier Cockpit(TM) Suite5 September 2005

has signed a major deal with T-Croatian Telecom.
T-Croatian Telecom is part of the global "T" family of Deutsche Telekom and is one of the leading carriers in the Balkan region. The strategic and partner connection between HT Group and Deutsche Telekom has since 2000 resulted in strong growth and evolved into a modern telecommunications group intent on using all advantages of global trade marks in enhancing its business operations and pursuing the competitive edge.
As a means of enhancing its international carrier business operations and improve business performance, T-Croatian Telecom selected Ascade's Carrier Cockpit(TM) Suite which is the world's most widely used Business Operations System for telecom carriers trading and exchanging international voice traffic. The deal will add to Ascade's strong position on the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market where Ascade already has a 75% market share.
T-Croatian Telecom made an in-depth analysis of the existing system on the market and Carrier Cockpit(TM) Suite was the only system that fully supported T-Croatian Telecom's business processes and requirements of an integrated wholesale and bilateral carrier business. The solution will allow T-Croatian Telecom to handle the end-to-end carrier supply chain of buying, routing and selling international voice traffic including automated integration to their Ericsson AXE switches for seamless implementation of optimized routing plans.
