Telecom Communications Announces Five Client Engagement From Arran Services Limited16 February 2005
Telecom Communications, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: TCOM) the Total Solutions Provider, is offering Integrated Communications Network Solutions and Internet Content Service in universal voice, video, data web and mobile communication for interactive media applications. The Company announced today that its subsidiary, Arran Services Limited (Arran), is successfully implementing its plan to take five independent private companies public: World-East Corp, HRDQ Solutions Ltd., Sparkful Investments Ltd. SEN Portal Ltd. and Free Productions Limited (the Clients).
Under this contract, Arran will advise (the clients) in the structuring of financing, documentation preparation, and underwriting of placement offering documentation. Arran will assist in implementing the Client's plan to be listed on the OTCBB or other markets. There will be independent listings and trading symbols for each company. In return for their services, Arran will receive common stock totaling $1 million of the five companies and 3- year warrants to purchase $5 million worth in the clients' stock when they begin trading on the public markets.
