VALOR Communications Group, Inc. Declares Dividend on Common Stock10 July 2006
VALOR Communications Group, Inc. (NYSE: VCG) today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a pro-rated dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock for the third quarter of 2006 for shareholders of record on July 14, 2006. The dividend is payable on July 28, 2006 and represents the current quarterly dividend rate of $0.36 pro-rated from July 1 through July 17, 2006.
