Visual Networks Signs Distribution Agreement With South Korean VAR SJTek17 January 2006
Visual Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: VNWK), a leading provider of network and application performance management solutions, today announced that it has entered into a reseller agreement with South Korean VAR SJTek. Headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, SJTek is a developer, producer and distributor of broadband and access technology and communications equipment. The firm provides solutions to leading telecommunications providers including KT, Dacom, Powercom and Hanaro.
With this agreement, SJTek will resell Visual UpTime(R) Select(TM), Visual Networks' flagship solution. Visual UpTime Select provides in-depth, real-time and historical information that enables enterprises to intelligently manage application and network performance and availability across the entire enterprise.
